Omron not being used June 24, 2010

I find that I cannot hear the "beeps" that are necessary in using the product.
Very Fast, but Reading is lower by one to two degrees F. October 21, 2009

Have to position the meter by "wiggle in the ear canal till it beeps". Then press the switch to hear 4-beeps. See the reading - result, which is one degree lower (testing at normal temp of 98.6 degrees F).
