Product Description

These Radio Controlled Demolition Derby Cars from Kid Galaxy are amped-up fun! Set up the derby course with the included ramps and cones and let them go at each other. Crash them head-on and the roof and a door pop open. Hit them from behind, and there goes the trunk and another door. They just keep coming back for more smashing, crashing fun!

3 out of 5 stars not for little kids   February 6, 2010

The cars stop running when they crash into something and their doors pop off. Then the kids come to you to "fix it" every 2 minutes. Not fun. Also, the cars and remote stay on when the kids give up and leave it lying on the floor so the batteries run out fast. Finally, one of the antennae has already broken off and the cars won't really run without that on the remote control. Not even sure how to approach fixing that. It would be more fun for older kids who could be more careful with the remote and who could put the doors back on themselves.

4 out of 5 stars Great for a 2.5yr old and a 30 yr old.   November 24, 2009

I got this to motivate a toddler to be totally potty trained as a reward. It worked. He only got to play with it when he used the potty. His father enjoys it equally and it takes two to make the toy really fun. This is one of those "bang for the buck" toys. Handeye coordination will develop quickly. Certainly helps daddy son bonding too.

My daughter has a lot of fun with these cars. They take a lot of batteries between the 2 cars and two remotes but she loves that they "crash" . We've found the included ramps to be a bit useless, but it's not why we bought the toy. It's nice because it's not hard to share when things come in a set of two =)
